  1. Not sure if this is the right place, but i’ve been trying to get in touch with you for quite some time and you haven’t been answering my emails.
    I’ve placed an order that for some reason is still under processing after three weeks. It’s payed and all but no other info has come through to me. I’d really appreciate if i could get in touch with you so that i can get my order sent.

  2. I’m in the same situation. No answer to my emails, my order was placed weeks ago and it still under processing. Can you please tell me when I can expect my order to be shipped?

    • eShapeoko kits are somewhat special, in that they need a lot more work than a regular order. That said, I’m very sorry I haven’t been able to pack your kit yet, and I really need to resolve the email situation (I got bounces every time I tried to email you). We’ve been counting and packing parts (not just for your order, but for a couple others and for future orders), and we’re nearly done. I promise I’ll finish your order this weekend, so that it’s collected by the courier on Monday.

    I wonder if you are having the same email problem with me. I have been trying to find out when you are getting 1m maker slide back in stock as I need some for an upcoming project. If you are not I will have to resort to the extortionate prices on shipping from the states.
